I suppose I should take this seriously, but it is not in MY nature.
Long after Mr Wonderful and I got married and had kids - I found out that he was a HUGE trek fan.

Plus, I have to admit that when I was single I made up elaborate lies about what I found attractive in my girlfriends rather than admit that I just liked intelligent professional and academic women. If I ever told the truth, they turned very cold over it.

BTW - The Washington Post had an article today about how NYers perfer meeting at museums and lectures instead of bars these days.
So someone like to date smart people.....
Weren't you the one that wrote "smart women are hte hwat?" I loved that!
